Shipping Policy

• All in stock products will be shipped within 1-3 business days from the day you place your order. We know how exciting it is to receive our products, that is why we will do our absolute best to ship the order to you as soon as possible.
• We ship via UPS and FedEx and the current shipping fee covers only domestic orders.
• If you are wanting your gift to arrive on a specific day then just make a note of the day you would like it delivered in the ‘special requests’ section when you place your order and we will do our best to make that happen.
• Please make sure the shipping address is correct and not missing any information. If packages get shipped back to us due to an invalid address - we are not responsible to pay to have it re-shipped to the correct address.
• Once we ship a package, if the tracking information says it has been delivered, we unfortunately are not responsible if the package is lost or stolen. Please reach out to us though and we can try and help with the claims process with the shipping carrier.
• Due to the nature of purchasing from mostly handmade shops, all of your products are subject to change based upon availability. If one of the products in our boxes is out of stock, we will replace it with a similar item of equal or greater value.
• Due to the nature of the gift, none of our hand delivered or shipped gifts include receipts or packing lists unless previously requested.
• We are an online store only and are not set up for pickups.
• Please note unforeseen weather can cause unexpected delays in delivery. In addition, during holidays, estimated delivery times might be longer than usual. If your delivery did not arrive when expected, please contact us and we will gladly assist. We always recommend erring on the side of caution when selecting a delivery date.
• We are excited to offer free delivery on island. Choose your option while placing your order, specifying the delivery address.
